Normalize the file and target duration
Fifty decimal gigabytes equals 50 × 1,000,000,000 = 50,000,000,000 bytes. Multiplying by exactly eight gives 400,000,000,000 bits. Thirty minutes equals 30 × 60 = 1,800 seconds. Both conversions are exact integers. The example does not substitute a binary GiB definition or shorten the target by rounding.
